Breakfast: A discounted buffet breakfast price of $35.00 per person is available at the Citrique Restaurant. Children aged between five (5) and twelve (12) are charged at $30.00pp, and children under four (4) years of are are complimentary.

Booking terms: Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as a guarantee.

Payment terms: Full payment for the accommodation booking will be charged to the individual Guest’s credit card on arrival, excluding any room upgrade fees that may have been paid prior to check-in.

Cancellation: All accommodation cancellation notices must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing and will become effective once confirmed by the Conference Secretariat.

• All accommodation upgrades are guaranteed once confirmed and are non-refundable while the reservation remains active. Upgrades cannot be cancelled separately from the accommodation booking. 
• If the entire reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply, and any upgrade deposit paid will be refunded.
• If the cancellation date is 30-15 days prior to the arrival date then a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights’ accommodation charge per room will apply, and any upgrade deposit paid will be be forfeited.
• If the cancellation date is less than 14 days prior to the arrival date then a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the accommodation charge for the booking will apply. 
• The cancellation fee is payable within 14 days from the cancellation date.
